What CustodyZero ships, by phase. Local-first instruments. On your hardware. Under your rules.
CustodyZero ships three instruments. Each shares the same architectural posture: edge compute, ownership outright, no required cloud dependency for functionality. Open-source projects are listed on /open-source/.
Type
A local-first writing instrument with contextual intelligence for long-form work. The editor reads with you, not for you. Project directory lives where you put it — local disk, iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive. The Assist is invoked explicitly. No background processing.
Phase: Alpha testing.
Valet
An always-on assistant that runs on your hardware. Learns you over time. Memory lives in the cloud storage you already use — Drive, iCloud, OneDrive — or on your local disk. Unmetered. Nothing leaves your computer.
Phase: In development.
StationZero
Edge-native home safety. StationZero reads what’s happening at home and knows whether to stay quiet, notify, or escalate to emergency. The intelligence runs on hardware you own. Live feeds, recording, and detection work without a cloud account. Bring-your-own-hardware.
Phase: Design and validation.
Same architecture across the active three: edge compute, ownership outright, no required cloud dependency for functionality. The philosophy is the same across the entire portfolio.
